N'Ettaro Etna Bianco DOC

Description

T he aromas and flavours of this white wine display the warmth and character of the special territory where the vines grow: the volcanic slopes of Mount Etna. Lots of minerality, depth and personality.

Carricante, Catarratto

>   Vinification:

After the grapes are harvested they are gently pressed. Fermentation takes place at 18-20 °C in steel tanks.

>   Ageing:

Ageing in steel tanks, followed by a minimum of 3 months in the bottle.
