Description
L e Gonnare vineyard, planted at 50 mt. a.s.l. (164 feet a.s.l.) on sedimentary clay mixed with sand, rich in iron. This vineyard is cordon-trained with a Western exposition.

> Vinification:
The grapes for Le Gonnare are harvested in small cases and entirely destemmed and crushed. Fermentation takes place with the use of natural yeasts, giving the highest attention to the maceration on the skins. After the natural malolactic fermentation, the wine goes into barriques, one third new oak.
> Ageing:
Le Gonnare ages approximately 18 months in oak and 1 year in the bottle.
